Experience the fundamentals of prenatal yoga all while developing and strengthening your emotional and physical connection with your baby.  We will find beginnings of motherhood through rejuvenation and body reunification.  It is a practice uniquely designed for pregnancy.  It focuses on breathing, pelvic floor work, restorative poses, and core work.  Prenatal yoga can help you become more resilient before, during,  and after pregnancy.  $90/series or $18/individual class. Restorative yoga for anxiety and stress

Restorative Yoga Workshop, 3rd Sunday 2-4pm

When your life is racing full-speed ahead, so is your mind. Restorative yoga helps provide that physical and mental balance to lower stress and anxiety. Through conscious directed breathing and the use of props, you are able to release muscular tension and mental agitation.

Restorative yoga practice gives you an opportunity to notice where you hold this tension—kind of like furrowed brows, clenched teeth, short rapid or held breaths. Once you come to this realization, you can make small changes in your everyday life to reduce the stress and tension you allow to build up in your body.

This therapeutic yoga style soothes the nervous system allowing for healing and better sleep. It can boost your immune system allowing prevention, resiliency, and rejuvenation from illness. Align mind and body, center the breath in a safe and tranquil space, and experience a total sense of letting go.

This workshop is appropriate for all levels- from the very active who become depleted or those who have low energy, recovering from emotional stress or loss. Beginners are welcome!
